The problem was, the panel was going to continue beeping at me periodically without cease until the battery was replaced. It needed to be taken care of that day or at least the next! You're right about how much fun it used to be to go clothes shopping. Shoe shopping was even better ... you had a wonderful young guy in a suit and tie who carefully measured your foot and then brought you four or five pairs of shoes to choose from. Customer Service is getting to be a t...Hysterical!. Customer Service is getting to be a thing of the past and policies are always more important than people. I fondly remember when you could go into a store and five clerks would help you find the prettiest dress, the right size and color and then rave over how beautiful you looked in it before you bought it. Perhaps you should have elicited awesome sons as well as Rachmaninoff! I don't want you falling off of ladders and I don't want to ever be a widow myself.
